New Operator To Ischgl - Just In Time For Deep Purple

The Paznaun-Ischgl mountain resorts of Ischgl, Galtür and Kappl in the Austrian Tirol have a new UK tour operator on board, it was announced today (Tuesday 26 March 2013).

Zenith Holidays now offers bespoke holidays to the resorts - and just in time for Ischgl's big end of season concert with Deep Purple, on Tuesday 30 April. The resort closes for the ski season on 1 May. Zenith will also operate to the Paznaun resorts during the summer season.

The inclusion of the family-friendly resort of Kappl means that the village has a UK tour operator for the first time.

Said Tourist Director Andreas Steibl: We are delighted that Zenith has added our resorts to their programme for UK holidaymakers. This is very important for us to bring more British visitors to our valley and enjoy the mountains, both in winter with skiing and snowboarding, and in summer too with hiking, mountain biking and many more outdoor sports.

And Katie Waddington, co-founder of Zenith Holidays said: We are excited to announce that we are now featuring the resorts of Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür in our Austrian programme for both summer and winter. Between these three resorts there is something for everyone - family friendly hotels and skiing, good aprés-ski, a range of slopes from easy ones for beginners to challenging runs for the more experienced skier and a whole host of activities to try out in the summer months. We are confident our guests will love these resorts and everything they have to offer.
